The Verification Process Explained

How does verification process work? We verify your submitted documents directly from the source. In this case, the ‘source’ is the institution or organization that issued the document to you. A document can be your diploma, your professional health license, your work experience certificate, and even your Good Standing Certificate. Within the team, we use the term ‘Issuing Authority’ or ‘IA’ for short. After verifying the authenticity of the document presented to us, we then issue a TrueProof – a Primary Source Verified (PSV) report that you can present to employers, regulators, authorities, governing bodies and anyone interested in dealing with you as a professional.

The verification process in a nutshell

Sign up with as a Member

Complete your information

Download the Letter of Authorization (LOA)

Upload your documents

Upload the signed LOA

Click “Verify now”

We contact the IA

We get confirmation from the IA about the document

We issue the TrueProof

Use your TrueProof to boost your career!

Sign up with

Sign up with by following our step-by-step guide here. You don’t need to worry! Since 2006, we have carried out over 2.5million premium document verifications and work with over 100,000 issuing authorities. One of Ms. Elsayed’s documents was issued by an organization from Sudan, which experienced civil unrest at the time of verification. While we initially were unable to verify the document, our team persevered until we were successful in authenticating her credentials. We were able to issue Ms. Elsayed her TrueProof! We exhaust all possible means to ensure that the details on your documents get verified directly from the source.

Your TrueProof

Once we have verified your credentials, we do a final quality check and then create your TrueProof, which is anchored on the Blockchain.
