      Any textual or graphic material you copy, print, or download is licensed to you by DataFlow Group, for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that you do not change or delete any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

      All trade marks and logos, including the 'TrueProfile.io' name and logos are owned by Dataflow Verification Services (HoKong) Ltd. and you may not copy or use them in any manner.

      a) violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trade mark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights;

      Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall DataFlow be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the site or any downloaded materials, even if DataFlow or its representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including, without limitation:

      In no event shall DataFlow's total liability to you from all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, or otherwise) based on the use of this site exceed the amount of HK$ 500, except that where you have purchased Services from us, the limitation on liability in Clause 9 of the Terms & Conditions for the Supply of Services shall apply.

    We are not responsible for any unavailability, error in or failure of the site if such results from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control.

  10. 10. Which territory's laws apply to any disputes?

    These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes arising under or in connection with these terms.
