Unless you can afford to stay at the Armani Hotel, you would need to go to the </span><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="http://www.burjkhalifa.ae/en/observation/" target="_blank"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At The Top</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> observation decks located on the 148th, 125th, or 124th floors of the Burj Khalifa. Allot 30-45 minutes for queueing and you can find the entrance at the Lower Ground. As The Dubai Mall is the </span><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://thedubaimall.com/" target="_blank"><span style="font-weight: 400;">largest mall</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> in the world by total area, you might want to reserve a bit of time to also see what it offers.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">Entrance Fees</span></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There’s an entrance fee of </span><a href="https://tickets.atthetop.ae/atthetop/Step0_BookingInfo.aspx?_ga=2.74449682.1006986431.1519720867-669215335.1519720867" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">AED 210.00 for prime hours</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. For the 148th, the fee goes up to AED 525.00. As you will only be allowed to stay for up to 30 minutes on the 148th floor, then continue on to the lower levels, it is more practical to book the lower level. To avoid any unnecessary delays, book in advance online.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">Get the Best of Both Worlds</span></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Book an hour or so before sunset and you’ll get to see the Dubai skyline during daylight and at nighttime. Just be prepared to mill a bit and make sure to get the best vantage point as people tend to sit down in front of the windows where the best views are. Sunsets vary depending on time of year so check online what time the sun sets on the day of your visit. The Dubai Fountain also starts its dancing lights show every 6PM and you can view it from the observation deck. </span></p> <h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dubai Fountain</span></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/O92X9Wx4UDw" width="560" height="315" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen">You can get the best vantage point to see the </span><a href="https://thedubaimall.com/en/entertain-detail/the-dubai-fountain-1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dubai Fountain Show</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> from within The Dubai Mall. Get a </span><a href="https://www.zomato.com/dubai/joes-cafe-downtown-dubai/menu#tabtop" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">reasonably priced</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> dinner at the terrace inside </span><a href="https://thedubaimall.com/en/shop/joes-cafe" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Joe’s Café</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and you can enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds without being jostled by the crowd. If you’re lucky, Burj Khalifa has laser shows and fireworks during special occasions. The view is glorious and it will be a fitting cap to the day.</span></p>
