Overview

On behalf of our client, a well-established chain of private care homes, we are searching for registered nurses to provide continuous nursing care at private care homes throughout the midlands and north-west of England.

Alongside elevated pay rates, the successful applicants can look forward to a supportive working environment, on the job training and accommodation provision for the first month of arrival.

  • Salary level is £5,500 more per year than for newly-qualified, NHS-employed nurses arriving in the UK

  • Salary prior to OSCE completion as a pre-registered nurse £19,737

Requirements

  • Qualified Registered Nurse
  • Must have IELTS / OET qualifications in line with NMC requirements
  • (IELTS = overall score of 7 with a minimum score of 6.5 in writing. OET = minimum grade of B in reading, speaking and listening and minimum C+ in writing. Test results must be less than 2 years old)
  • NMC CBT exam must be completed and NMC registration must have commenced prior to signing the employment contract
  • Must be comfortable in a demanding environment while delivering the highest quality of care for patients
  • Successful applicants will be expected to complete at minimum contract of 2 years
